        • “Teamwork gives you the best opportunity to turn vision into reality”  -John Maxwell

4 KEYS OF SUCCESSFUL LEADERSHIP

2)  Vision- Knowing where it needs to be done

3)  Passion- Knowing how it needs to be done

Profile of a Winning Team:

1. They play to Win

2. They have a winning attitude

Team members believe in themselves, their teammates, and their dream, And they don’t allow negative thinking to derail them.

3. They keep improving

The highest reward for their efforts isn’t what they get from it, but who they become because of it.

4. They make their teammates more successful

Winners are empowerers. “Few people are successful unless a lot of other people want them to be.”

What is expected out of Leadership?

Leadership is expected to be productive. John 15:2

5. Accountability. Rom 14:12

Leadership will give account of its stewardship to God.

6. Faithfulness. Luke 16:10

Faithfulness is an all-inclusive word for dedication, obedience, devotion, loyalty, and commitment to the assignment given.

Godly Principles for Leadership (Eph 4:1)

 1. Commitment to the vision at all cost

2. Cooperation with others in the team to preserve unity

3. Communication to establish support

4. Submission to leadership and governmental structure

5. Developing and nurturing your personal gift for greater contribution

6. Leadership is a role model
