What is expected out of Leadership?
1.Willingness to Serve. 1 Cor 9:17
2. Spiritual readiness to Serve. 1 Tim 3:5-6
We must be spiritually alert with a readiness to serve.
3. Preparation for Service. 2 Tim 3:16-17
Lack of preparedness for service is one of the most irrefutable flaws that has hindered the effectiveness of leadership in local churches.
4. Productivity
Leadership is expected to be productive. John 15:2
5. Accountability. Rom 14:12
Leadership will give account of its stewardship to God.
6. Faithfulness. Luke 16:10
Faithfulness is an all-inclusive word for dedication, obedience, devotion, loyalty, and commitment to the assignment given.

1. Commitment to the vision at all cost
2. Cooperation with others in the team to preserve unity
3. Communication to establish support
4. Submission to leadership and governmental structure
5. Developing and nurturing your personal gift for greater contribution
6. Leadership is a role model
